Sister Sara Femme and the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence Present: Benefit for the Boob 3DDD To Benefit the Breast Cancer Emergency Fund, Sunday, February 28, 2009 Sister Sara Femme and the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence present Benefit for the Boob 3DDD, the third annual evening of burlesque and cabaret entertainment for women and those who love them, to benefit the Breast Cancer Emergency Fund. The event takes place Sunday, February 28, 2010, from 4 to 9 p.m., at the Wild Side West, 424 Cortland St., San Francisco. A $5-$20 donation is requested, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Attendees must be aged 21 and over. Benefit for the Boob includes drag kings, faux queens, comedy, fan dancing, drink specials, kinky sex education, raffle prizes – and boobs! All proceeds benefit the Breast Cancer Emergency Fund. Entertainers include Kitten on the Keys, Amelia Mae Paradise of the Diamond Daggers, Alotta Boutte', Delicio del Tores and Lyric Styles of CHUBB, Bing Crotchby, Simone Campbell, the Almighty Hermaphrodite, Dean Disaster, Kitty Tapata, Bebe Sweetbriar, Lynn Ruth Miller, Ruby Vixen, Dam Dyke, and more! The Breast Cancer Emergency Fund (breastcanceremergencyfund.org) provides emergency financial assistance to low-income San Franciscans disabled by breast cancer to cover basic human needs like housing, utility, and medical expenses. Since 1979, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence (thesisters.org) have devoted themselves to community service, ministry, and outreach to those on the edges, and to promoting human rights, respect for diversity, and spiritual enlightenment.
