I'm totally late posting this, but if you've not already heard, QWOCMAP put out a call for films for the 2011 film fest and the announcement follows. I'm not affiliated with them, so please contact them if you have any questions or whatev.

Alright, so I *finally* did the work to let you add your own events without going through me. All you have to do is log in to the site with your facebook, google, twitter or yahoo account, then enter your info on the add event page and that's pretty much that. I'm still going to post stuff, so you're totally free to ask me to post something, but I'm working on a few other projects at the moment, so the quickest way to get your events on the site will probably be to add them yourself. Yay!

Just heard that the Prop 8 ruling's coming tomorrow. Yikes.

Holy crap, so I just heard on Electric FM that Lady Gaga's going to be on Glee! Some googling and Inside Blip tells me she's gonna be on an episode next season--which has been extended to 25 episodes, btw. No word on if she's gonna play herself or a character, but who cares as long as she wears her fashion forward outfits and performs.

Lady Gaga's been teasing for weeks, but the wait's finally over with her new video "Telephone", complete with all the over the top outfits, crazy dance moves, and epic scale. Check it:

If you've ever wanted to model or you just want to make a few bucks, here's yer chance. The Blackwell Files is casting "real people" to play queer and hetero couples for some company's HIV med ad. Here's the info if you're interested:

The Blackwell Files (a Real People casting agency in SF) is holding a casting call for a PAID PRINT PHOTO SHOOT ($1300). The client is a pharmaceutical company that develops a medication that treats HIV (name to be announced once final talent are selected)

My friend Sarah is putting together a femme film fest for the fabulous Femme2010 Conference this summer and she's looking for a few good femmes! If you're a femme filmmaker, have made a film about femmes, have something to do with film and femmes or know someone who has, contact her on facebook to get the lowdown.

The Dyke March put out a call for performers, so if you're comfortable doing yer thing at one of the world's largest lesbian events, check out the info below for instructions on how to apply. They're also looking for someone to design a logo, info for that's below as well. Deadline for both is March 20, so get on it.
